Legal Drug & Alcohol Testing

Our experts recommend that blood is used in combination with a hair test to provide a more comprehensive analysis of historical and more recent abuse of alcohol. Blood testing allows us to carry out the following; Liver Function Test (LFT). This will show a snapshot of how a liver is functioning in the time leading up to the sample collection Carbohydrate Deficient Transferrin Test (CDT). This is an analysis of the CDT levels in blood, which when increased can indicate chronic excessive alcohol consumption. All blood samples are safely collected by trained phlebotomists and are securely transported to the laboratory.

Oral Fluid Tests – detection of recent drug use usually 24 – 48 hours (depending of type of drug). Urine drug Testing – detection of drug use over the previous 4 days (up to 30 days for some drugs).
